The rental is a completely rennovated condo unit at THE JAMAICAN timeshare resort on Treasure Island beach.
The condo has a living room width balcony directly facing the Gulf of Mexico and Treasure Island's expansive beach. A sports bar is several hotels down. It has easy access from 275 expressway, just south of Tampa. Shuttles and bus service travel to this area, in case you choose not to use a rental car.
Treasure Island is a beach division along the nearly 20 miles of beach that extend on the same Gulf beach penninsula, just South of Clearwater.
Palm tree tops reach the left and right side of the wide balcony, and frame the beautiful sunset views. Washer and dryer are included. Bathroom has jacuzzi tub and large L-shaped counter with two sinks.

Nearby entertainment and leisure --
John's Pass shopping and pier has a gambling boat, as well as dolphin and shelling trips offered for Gulf excursions. Dolphins are often seen just from the John's Pass pier.
Minature Golf, fun center, jet ski and boat rental and a full size grocery store (rare in some beach areas) are all near the condo.
The JAMAICAN has a hot tub and pool.

6'2 surfboard. Good for someone who is less than 140 lbs and has been surfing for a couple of years. This board is a few years old. Has a couple of dings that have been fixed.
