Responsibilities
•Works closely with CEO analyzing blueprints for the purpose of job estimating and bidding
•Communicating with all aspects of the industry, including estimating, detailing, project coordinators, and submittals.

•Executing work procedures in a timely manner
•Coordinating various phases of project to prevent delays.
•Acting as liaison with Contractors/PM’s to coordinate details that meet the sales design objectives and to guarantee that the customer's/company’s intent is being met
•Acting as liaison with purchasing to guarantee timely delivery of components to the job site that meet the original objectives.
•Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
•Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or Project Managers.
Requirements
•Understanding of project management concepts and techniques, (including project control, planning, estimating, risk management, and quality assurance)
•Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
•The ideal candidate has expertise working with various types of blueprints, schedules and drawings
•Minimum five years experience in the industry.
•Strong customer service orientation and thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
Excellent and professional communication, writing and PC skills.
