My name is Heather Spinelli, my husband and I are Americans who live in New York City. We own a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment within the historic center of Florence (the Oltrarno neighborhood).
We are offering nightly/weekly/monthly rentals of our apartment for travelers/families on a budget.
Our apartment is one block away from Piazza Santo Spirito and in walking distance to all tourist attractions. Our neighborhood is often called the "Left Bank" of Florence.
